Booking with Orlensa

Securing your date

Weddings: a 30% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 4 weeks before.

Other bookings: a booking fee secures your date, with the balance due on the day.

Monthly packages are paid at the start of each month.

Changes to your edits

Each reel includes one round of changes, requested within 7 days of delivery.

Further rounds can be added.

Using your content

Post it on your own social media and website.

Paid adverts need written permission first.

Orlensa may share the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Moving or cancelling

One-off shoots can be moved once for free with 7 days' notice.

Monthly packages need 30 days' notice after the 2-month minimum.

If we have to cancel, you get a full refund.
